Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Monetize Interactive Brands LLC ("Monetize Interactive Brands LLC", "we", "us", "our"), the company that owns and operates Company Base OS, including companybaseos.com, fix.companybaseos.com, app.companybaseos.com and related pages (the "Service"). By accessing the Service or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

What we provide

Company Base OS is a business software subscription for small business owners. It includes planning, organization and progress-tracking tools, an AI assistant, and educational guides and courses to help you set up, organize and grow your business.

We are a software and education company. Nothing in the Service is legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice.

No guarantee of results

Results depend on your business, your effort and decisions made by third parties. We do not promise any specific outcome. Consult a qualified professional for advice about your situation.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. One subscription is for one customer and may not be shared or resold.

Purchases, billing and renewals

Prices are shown before checkout in U.S. dollars. One-time products are charged once. Subscriptions (including plans that begin with a paid trial) renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing us; cancelling stops future charges.

Payments are processed by our payment partners, which may include Stripe, Whop and Paddle. Where your order is processed by Paddle, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders and provides customer service inquiries and handles returns for them.

Refunds

Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, resell or redistribute our content or tools, interfere with the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content, software, trademarks and materials in the Service are owned by Monetize Interactive Brands LLC or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own business while your access is active.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monetize Interactive Brands LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Monetize Interactive Brands LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
